Mould Release Masterbatch is specially formulated to ensure smooth and efficient release of plastic products from moulds during processing. It improves surface finish, reduces cycle time, and minimizes mould sticking, resulting in higher productivity and consistent product quality.
This masterbatch comes with a natural and blue undertone, which helps reduce hazing and increase clarity in the final product. Additionally, when processing rPET, it works as an anti-yellowing agent, helping to neutralize yellow tones commonly observed in recycled PET. This results in improved brightness, better transparency, and a cleaner appearance without affecting the mechanical properties of the material.
